World changing cookies

While looking for a good sugar cookie recipe this Christmas, I came across a blog I'm not Hannah who proclaimed to have the best sugar cookie recipe. World changing type cookies. After making 4 batches with my daughter and husband this Christmas, I will heartily agree. So to help broadcast the (sugar cookie) movement, here were my results.

    Nice! Those look great. Did you use butter or shortening?

    I used butter. I also sifted the flour mixture. They were so light and cake-like!

    Sifting the flour. HUH. I would have never thunk it. I'm totally gonna try that next time.
